Prelaunch draft: This page describes Connue's intended privacy design. It must be checked against the released Android app, payment integration, crash reporting, and backup behavior before public launch.

Information you add to Connue
Connue is designed to help you save contact details, personal notes, dates, reminders, relationships, and other information you choose to record. This information may concern you and people you know. You are responsible for the information you choose to add.
Storage and backups
Connue is being developed to store relationship information on the device. The Android project includes a local database. Before public release we will review all storage paths, operating-system backups, diagnostics, and any third-party services. Depending on device settings and app configuration, information may also be included in operating-system backups. We will document the verified behavior before public release. User-directed JSON or CSV export is planned, not yet guaranteed to be available.
Subscriptions and payments
When subscriptions become available, billing will be processed through the relevant app store. Connue will use subscription status to determine access. Payment information is handled by the app-store payment provider under its policies.
Sharing and selling
Connue is not intended to sell contacts, notes, or relationship data, or to display third-party advertising. This is a product commitment. Before launch, we will verify the app’s data flows and describe any data received for technical support, purchases, diagnostics, or operation.
Your choices
Connue is intended to provide ways to edit and delete information you save. Data deletion, exports, and backup restoration behavior will be documented here as the relevant features are finalized.

We may update this policy as Connue develops. The current policy will be posted on this page.
